Internet Explorer 5 Intelligent Favorites

If you set this key it will turn on or off the Intelligent Favorites feature of
Internet Explorer 5.  If you have ever seen Win2k you will know what I
mean if you do not use a favorite for a long time 1 week or so IE will hide
it for you and only show those used frequently.  If you leave the menu open
for a few seconds the hidden favorites will appear. They will also appear if
you click the down arrow at the bottom of the list.
