Sync

What is Sync?
Sync is a dos program that is used to flush the Windows File System cache to disk.

How do I use this tool?
Download the zip file and extract it then run the exe from the folder you extracted. This program is automatic but you can specify removable disks if you run it from the command line.

NT 4.0, Win2k, Win95, Win98
