SetOwner

What is "setowner"?
"setowner" is able to change the ownership of a file to any account. This works if you have the "Restore files and directories" user right(normally just admin by default).

How do I use this tool?
Download the zip file extract it and run the exe from the Command Prompt. It will give you the instructions you need.

Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000
